1. Offensive principles:

With the development of volleyball technology and tactics, spiking techniques are also constantly innovating and improving. After the 1970s, volleyball teams in various countries mastered new spiking techniques such as short, flat and fast, time difference and position difference. When swinging your arms, quickly turn your body to the left and tighten your abdomen and chest to drive the arm swing, then quickly swing it toward the upper front of your right shoulder with a whip-like motion. When hitting the ball, open your five fingers slightly into a spoon shape and maintain appropriate tension. Cover the ball with your entire palm, with the palm as the hitting center. Fully extend your arm and hit the upper back or middle back of the ball. Swing your wrist down vigorously and quickly, while actively bending your fingers to push forward, so that the ball accelerates and spins forward and downward and falls into the opponent's court.

When hitting the ball with an inflatable volleyball, you should pay attention to the following: 1. Hit the ball accurately. Hit the ball with your entire palm at the upper middle or back middle part, so that your entire palm covers the ball. Your palm and wrist control the direction, arc and landing point of the ball. ② When hitting the ball, you should raise your shoulders, fully extend your arms, and keep hitting the ball at a high point. ③ Swing your arms quickly, speed up the swinging speed of your forearms, and have obvious whip-like movements, flicking your wrists violently to increase the force on the ball.

(5) When landing, the left foot usually touches the ground first. To avoid damaging the knee joint due to one foot landing first, you should try to land with both feet at the same time. When landing, you should land on the forefoot first and then transition to landing on the entire sole of the foot. At the same time, tighten your abdomen and bend your knees to cushion the force of falling, and immediately prepare for the next movement.
