The lower you squat, the more your gluteus maximus will be worked. Then stand up slowly, paying attention to tightening your abdomen when standing up. The movements should be slow and repeated 10-15 times for best results. 3. Lift your hips The muscles most used during sex are the pelvic muscles. Exercising the pelvic muscles can strengthen the waist and allow you to do what you want during sexual intercourse. Essentials of movement: Lie on your back, bend your knees, and place your feet on the ground, shoulder-width apart. Lift your pelvic area so that your body forms a bridge shape. Pay attention to tightening your abdomen and keeping your thighs together. Then put it down and lift it up again, moving slowly, and practice 20 times each time.
