How to do indoor weight loss exercises

Section 1: Stride Movement

1. Stand at attention, hands on hips, feet shoulder-width apart

2. Take a step forward with your right foot and slowly squat down until your right thigh and calf are at 90 degrees.

3. Return to the original position and switch between left and right feet.

Section 2: Squat and Jump Exercise

1. Stand at attention with your feet shoulder-width apart, hands raised to the back of your ears, elbows open

2. Bend your knees and jump up as high as you can.

3. Land gently and do squat jumps repeatedly.

Section 3: Push-up Exercise

1. Push-up posture, pay attention to your hands being wider than your shoulders when supporting the ground

2. Keep your body in a straight line from head to heels

3. Lower your body so your chest is close to the ground

Section 4: Flexion and Extension Exercises

1. Stand upright with your arms hanging naturally and your feet shoulder-width apart

2. Bend your knees and place your hands on either side of your feet while squatting down.

3. Quickly stretch your legs to form the initial position of a push-up

4. Resume step 2 and quickly switch to step 3

Section 5: Squat Exercise

1. Stand with your hands on your hips and your feet half a meter to one meter apart

2. Squat down until your upper body is parallel to the ground, hold for 5 seconds

3. Stand up again, squat down and stand up repeatedly.
