How to do aerobic exercise

Exercise can enhance our physical fitness, but our physical exercise must be arranged reasonably according to the rules of the biological clock, so that it can be more beneficial to the body. If you want to exercise in winter, the best time to choose is between 2 pm and 7 pm, because the outdoor temperature is generally moderate during this period, our body adapts quickly, and our physical strength is also better during this period.

In recent years, there has been a craze for "aerobic exercise" in Europe and the United States. Training rooms with coaches' guidance have been set up in various gymnasiums or clubs in cities, and men, women, old and young exercise to the accompaniment of strong rhythmic melodies. Some experts point out that aerobic exercise can shorten people's lifespan. They believe that inhaling too much oxygen is not good for the body. Aerobic exercise actively inhales oxygen, and therefore has an impact on human life span. The so-called aerobic exercise is relative to anaerobic exercise. Aerobic exercise means brisk walking, cycling, tennis, golf, aerobic dance, long-distance swimming, etc. Anaerobic exercise represents strenuous effort, including short-distance running, weightlifting, high jump, long jump, javelin throwing, discus throwing, sumo wrestling, etc.

Regarding the frequency of fitness, the American College of Sports Medicine recommends that normal people should exercise 2 to 5 times a week. If you don’t have a fitness habit before, you should start with a small amount, twice a week, and then slowly increase to three or four times. A common mistake made by beginners is that when they start working out, due to their high enthusiasm and want to achieve results as quickly as possible, they exercise every day at once, and each exercise session is also very intense. This often leads to overtraining, and within a short period of time, they will experience symptoms such as fatigue, insomnia, and excessive body aches.

Some friends believe that there is not enough oxygen outdoors between 2pm and 7pm, which is worse than in the morning. In fact, this understanding is completely wrong. In the morning, plants release a large amount of carbon dioxide after a night of consumption, so the oxygen content in the air is the lowest in the morning. At noon and in the afternoon, plants release more oxygen through photosynthesis, and the oxygen content outside is more abundant.
