Simple Yoga Practice for Weight Loss

Easy Triangle Pose

Stand up straight with your feet together, and let your body first become the basic standing mountain posture (the back of the head, cervical spine, and legs should be in a straight line, with shoulders expanded outward and hips and waist tightened). Then open your arms and palms forward to form a straight line. Step your right leg to the right two to three steps shoulder length away. Keep your feet on a horizontal line, turn your right toes to the right, and bend your body to the right. Do not bend your legs. Touch the front of the sole of your right foot with your right fingertips. Raise your left arm so that your arms and shoulders are in a straight line. Look forward and adjust your breathing. Effectively exercise both sides of the waist, stretch the side abdominal muscles, and remove fat from the side waist. Stretch your arms at the same time to remove fat from your upper arms.

V-shaped abdomen

Sit on a yoga mat with your legs flat in front of your body and your upper body upright. Then bend your knees and bring your legs together. Hold your ankles with your hands from the outside of your ankles. While exhaling, lift and straighten your legs. Straighten your arms at the same time. Look forward and lift your legs as high as possible with your insteps pulled downwards and tightened. Do not bend your upper body and use your hips to support your body. Make your body form a beautiful V shape when viewed from the side. Adjust your breathing several times and then gently let it go. This movement effectively exercises the strength of the buttocks and tightens the abdomen, which is very helpful for lifting the buttocks and tightening the abdomen. At the same time, it can also help to exercise balance.
