How to use the abdominal muscle board:

1. The effective stretching time is 10 minutes, neither longer nor shorter. These 10 minutes should be divided into 10 times, 1 minute each time, with 2 minutes of rest in between. After the exercise, jog for a few minutes to relax.

2. Use once in the morning and once in the afternoon.

3. Urinate before use.

4. Use before strenuous exercise.

5. The highest point of the curved abdominal muscle board is about 50 cm from the ground. Place both popliteal fossa on the uppermost iron bar, hook your feet on the lower iron bar, and lie on the stool.

6. Relax your body, but don't shake.

7. If you have a headache, stop practicing.

The following persons cannot use the curved abdominal muscle board:

1. Patients with hypertension.

2. Brain tumor patients.

3. Patients with cerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, brain trauma, and bleeding in the facial features.

4. Mental patients or those suffering from epilepsy.

5. People who are prone to joint dislocation.

6. Acute ligament strain of the cervical spine, thoracic spine, lumbar spine, femoral head, knee joint, and ankle joint.

7. Patients with fractures or muscle tears.

It seems that exercising the abdominal muscles through the abdominal muscle board is more effective than simply doing sit-ups. However, since accidents are prone to occur when using the abdominal muscle board for exercise, I hope everyone must pay attention to safety during the exercise process.
