The core area is the waist and abdominal muscles. In addition to the large muscle groups we are familiar with, such as the chest, back, shoulders, and legs, there are many small muscles that help regulate body balance. The most important of these are the waist, abdominal muscles, and lower back muscles, which is the core part. The most important thing that is often overlooked is psychological quality. No matter it is playing basketball or in life, psychological endurance is very important. No matter how good your endurance, strength, and explosiveness are, if your psychological quality is not good, it will be difficult to bring out your advantages. The same is true for NBA stars. When they are on the court, they will perform abnormally due to their psychological quality. Therefore, it is very important to maintain a good and peaceful mental state.

A training guide for the five basic qualities

In the past, there were no gyms, so physical training could only be done outdoors. For example, one could use the steps of the stands to practice frog jumps to strengthen leg strength, or run 10,000 meters around the playground to train endurance, sprint, shuttle run, and variable speed running to train speed and explosive power, and do sit-ups to train the core parts. This could also achieve a certain physical training effect. However, strength training is often overlooked, which is quite fatal because muscle strength is the foundation, and without good strength, several other qualities will be affected. If you want to further improve your physical fitness and lay a solid foundation for superb basketball skills, physical training in the gym is the best choice. Good hardware facilities will naturally make the training effect more effective. Physical fitness is very important to us, especially for our male friends. If a man has very poor physical fitness and runs out of strength halfway through doing anything, then we can think that this man is a failure in life, so everyone should not let themselves live a failure.
