Does running burn muscle?

Running will consume excess fat in our body to a certain extent, but it will not consume our own muscles. Some obese friends are very suitable for regular running exercises. On the one hand, it can help us achieve weight loss, and on the other hand, it can effectively help us enhance our physical fitness. I believe that everyone still does not know whether running will consume muscles. Let me briefly explain it.

Running can help you lose weight, but the effect is slow. If you really want to exercise your body better and develop a tall, strong, capable, well-proportioned, chic and graceful figure and physique, based on my personal successful experience, I suggest you modify your exercise methods and adopt the following overall strengthening exercise methods:

The first thing is to develop a habit of getting up 40 to 60 minutes earlier in the morning;

Second, after getting up in the morning, go out for a run to warm up your body, which is a necessary preparation before exercising every morning.

The third is to do radio gymnastics, or learn simple martial arts routines or some basic martial arts movements. Note: when you first start learning martial arts, you don’t need to be similar in spirit, but you must pursue similarity in form. Only in this way can you ensure that your every move is in accordance with the martial arts practitioners' moves;

Fourth, when exercising every morning, take a deep breath, and then shout to the sky as loudly as you can in one breath (this can exercise and improve your lung capacity, confidence, and the loudness of your voice). Do more standing jumps, standing jumps and touching heights, running jumps and running jumps and touching heights exercises every day (this can effectively promote your body's growth, strengthen the muscles of various parts and improve the beauty of lines, and at the same time improve your jumping ability, explosive power, endurance, running speed and starting speed), and do more horizontal bar and parallel bar exercises (it is better to reach and exceed the high school physical exercise standards);

Running can achieve a good muscle training effect and will not help us consume muscles. It can effectively promote the growth of leg muscles, can effectively help us exercise back muscles, and through arm swinging exercises, it can also effectively help us increase our biceps. It is a very good aerobic fitness exercise.
