What are some yoga moves for correcting the pelvis?

Today I will tell you some yoga training methods that can correct the pelvis.

Pose 1 - Butterfly Pose

Step 1 Sit with your feet facing each other and hold your big toes with both hands. Inhale slowly and keep your upper body straight.

Step 2: While exhaling, slowly lean your upper body forward, place your elbows on your shins as much as possible, relax and straighten your back muscles, and let your head fall to the floor. Hold for 20-30 seconds and then return to the original position.

Effect: This movement can stimulate blood flow in the pelvis, clear blood congestion in the pelvis and internal organs, adjust the function of the reproductive system, and at the same time eliminate fat in the waist and abdomen and beautify the waist and leg curves.

Pose 2 - Cow Face Pose

Step 1 Sit with your legs crossed, bend your left leg and fold it over your right leg, with your heels close to your buttocks. Cross your left arm over your left shoulder, and place your right arm behind your back, grasping the fingers of your left hand, with your back straight.

Step 2 Slowly lower your upper body towards your knees. Hold the lowest point for 20-30 seconds, then return to Step 1. Then switch hands and feet and repeat the action.

Effect: Balances the left and right legs and pelvis, improves pelvic flexibility, discharges waste from joints, promotes blood circulation, and effectively tightens the buttocks.

Pose 3 – Side Stretch with Head in Hand

Step 1 Sit down, fold your right leg backward, fold your left leg inward, and place your heel on the base of your right inner thigh. Then bend your elbows and hold your head with your hands. Inhale slowly and keep your back straight. As you exhale, stretch your body to the right and slowly lower your right elbow to the ground.

Effect: This movement can balance the pelvis and reduce excess fat in the waist and abdomen.

If a woman's pelvis changes, the first thing that will be affected is our appearance, because as the pelvis changes, our body shape will also change. For women who love beauty, in addition to doing yoga exercises to correct the pelvis, they should also change their unreasonable living habits.
