How to train badminton for primary school students

For many primary school students, teachers will teach many sports in physical education classes. During the free time of each class, many students will choose suitable sports according to their own preferences. Some people prefer to play badminton. I think badminton is a sport that can exercise the whole body, but there are also methods to play badminton. So how to do badminton training for primary school students?

Badminton training for primary school students is of great significance for sending excellent reserve forces to the next level and cultivating sports reserve talents. Its main tasks are to learn and master basic movement techniques, basic tactics, and conduct comprehensive physical fitness training; to carry out ideological and moral education, and to lay a solid foundation for future professional sports training in terms of physical, technical, tactical, ideological and moral, and psychological qualities.

Common problems in serving action

During the big breaks and lunch time in primary schools, there are many students and teachers playing badminton. When I see them serving, some of them throw the ball upwards and hit the ball, and the balls they serve are sometimes high and sometimes low; some of them serve facing the racket, but often miss the ball; some of the balls they hit are sometimes high and sometimes low, and some are off target or don't hit the net. The students I train also have the same problem. They always find it difficult to master the serve. When serving, the ball always fails to pass the net, the ball goes high but not far, and the serve often goes out of bounds or into the wrong area. After consulting information and seeking guidance from a professional badminton coach, I found out where the problem lay. The serve often goes out of bounds and into the wrong zone due to incorrect stance when serving. The serve is high but not far due to incorrect swinging of the racket when serving. The ball always fails to pass the net due to incorrect left-hand release of the ball when serving.

It takes a long time to learn badminton training. We must pay attention to this kind of training when we are young. Primary school students are the flowers of the future of the motherland, and some sports, especially, need to be cultivated from an early age. Nowadays, many people play badminton to exercise their bodies, but you must pay attention to the method when playing, otherwise you will get injured.
