Jump up and reach high. Use both hands to reach high when jumping. You can do this often, for example, you can exercise by touching roadside branches, basketball hoops, etc. while walking. Jump with both feet, do 20 times. Rest for a while, then jump on one foot each. This method is simple and effective. Boys who love to jump high are obviously taller than children of the same age, which is not unrelated to this.

There are also some other exercises such as: single-leg hopping, frog jumping, triple jump, multi-level jump and vertical jumping in place, which all have a certain effect on height growth. The most effective training items are horizontal bar, bounce, swimming, rings, free gymnastics, basketball and pull-ups. These boys can do as much as possible when they have the time and opportunity, and they will reap good rewards.

As far as diet is concerned, you should ensure adequate daily intake of protein and calcium, so you should eat more fish, meat, fruits and vegetables in your daily life. After regular exercise, you should also supplement with an appropriate amount of calcium to help bone growth. The combination of exercise and diet will make it easier to grow taller.

However, in daily life, many people blindly pursue the quantity of exercise without paying attention to the quality.
