This periodic vaginal discharge or uterine bleeding is called menstruation.

Yoga can help regulate the body. Women are weaker during menstruation, so they can practice yoga. You can choose very gentle exercises to relax better, such as sitting on the ground or lying on your back with a cushion and forward bending poses. In this way, you can practice yoga during menstruation and still maintain your body.
