2. It is generally not recommended for new mothers to do more physical exercise in the first two months after delivery. For some women, pregnancy and delivery are more difficult and complicated, such as undergoing a caesarean section, tearing, or prolonged labor. These women should focus on rest. On the contrary, if the pregnancy and delivery are normal and there are no problems, you can start exercising earlier.

3. Practice before breakfast, around 7:30, which is the most comfortable time of the day. It is best to choose a place with lawns or lakes. Of course, if it is too cold in winter, it is recommended to practice at home. Generally, practicing yoga requires breathing more fresh air, so I suggest going to a place with lawns or lakes!
