If you eat immediately without resting after exercise, it can easily cause disorders and functional disorders in the human digestive system, making you prone to illness.

Not smoking

When exercising, a person's breathing speeds up, and the body needs to ensure adequate oxygen intake. If you smoke immediately after exercise, the oxygen content in the lungs will decrease, causing symptoms such as chest tightness, wheezing, difficulty breathing, dizziness, and fatigue.

Do not drop body temperature suddenly

If the temperature outside is high, you will feel hot and unbearable after exercise. If you immediately go into an air-conditioned room or a vent to cool off and take a nap, it will disrupt the normal physiological regulation function and cause physiological dysfunction, making you prone to colds, diarrhea, asthma, wind-cold arthritis and other diseases.

Don’t take a hot shower right away

After fitness exercise, a large amount of blood in the body is distributed to the limbs and body surface.
