How to do one-arm push-ups?

In order to make their pectoral muscles more developed, many men will do push-ups. If they stick to it for a period of time, they will have proud pectoral muscles. Some people often take push-ups to a higher level when doing them. They not only do push-ups with both arms, but also do push-ups with one arm. This exercise is much more difficult. So, how should you perform one-arm push-ups?

Step 3: One-Arm Half Push-Up

Requirements: Place one hand on the ground underneath your chest with your arm straight, and put the other hand behind your back, placing the basketball under your hip.

Step 4: Push-ups with one side movement

Requirements: Place one hand on the ground directly below your chest and the other hand on the basketball outside your chest.

Action process: Use the control of your chest muscles to slowly lower your body until your chest is one fist away from the ground.

Step 5: One-Arm Push-Ups

When doing one-arm push-ups, you should first practice double-arm push-ups well so that your arms are stronger before you can do one-arm push-ups. When exercising, you can start by kneeling on the ground, then straighten your legs and do the exercise. You must proceed slowly and step by step, and don't rush for results, so as not to cause muscle strain in your arms.
