After waiting for half an hour, you can't play two or three games before you have to leave. Therefore, it is difficult to achieve the purpose of playing table tennis. The time requirements for running are much more flexible. You can run in the morning, in the afternoon, or in the evening. You can run more or less. You can run fast or slow. These can be adjusted at any time according to the specific situation.

4. You don’t need anyone to accompany you when running. Other activities such as ball games, chess, cards, etc. cannot be carried out without someone's company. You need to accommodate your companions and consider their time and interest. But running is different. It does not require any companions. A person can run freely, deciding the route, speed and time by himself. Running is a supplement and embodiment of a person's pursuit of a free and unrestrained lifestyle.
