What are the sports and fitness equipment?

People who have just started working out, when they enter the gym, are faced with a dazzling array of fitness equipment and often don’t know what to choose; and people who want to buy some fitness equipment at home, when they arrive at the fitness equipment store, can even use the word "dizzy" to describe their feelings when faced with so many fitness equipment. Then, I will briefly introduce sports and fitness equipment in different categories, hoping that friends can know a little bit:

Single function trainer:

Common ones include rowing machines, exercise bikes, steppers, treadmills, waist beautification machines, and stair machines. Their respective main functions are:

Rowing machine - mainly used to increase arm strength and movement coordination.

Exercise bike - When exercising, like riding a bicycle, it is mainly used to increase leg strength and enhance cardiovascular function.

Exercise bike - mainly used to exercise the legs, waist, abdominal muscles and cardiopulmonary function.

Treadmill - mainly used to exercise the legs, buttocks, waist, abdominal muscles and cardiopulmonary function.

Waist beauty machine - can provide relaxing massage for waist and back.

The step machine, also known as the stair machine, is a simulator for going up and down stairs, specifically for training leg muscles.

Elliptical machine - it is a fitness equipment that combines walking, jogging and stationary cycling. Its fitness movements coincide with a person's natural stride, and will not produce a large impact on the human joints to cause damage to the body. It can simultaneously exercise the muscle groups of the upper and lower limbs, especially the legs and buttocks.

Multi-function trainer:

Generally, it includes the functions of chest expander, pull-ups, bench press, sit-ups and other equipment. Chest expander, pull-ups, and bench presses are mainly used to exercise upper limb strength and pectoralis major muscle strength; sit-ups are mainly used to exercise the psoas muscles and reduce excess fat in the waist and abdomen.

The above article introduces large-scale fitness equipment from two aspects, mainly single-function fitness equipment and multi-function fitness equipment. Friends can make reasonable choices according to their needs. In fact, there are some small equipment, such as dumbbells, skipping ropes, elastics, fitness balls, spring pullers, etc., which are inexpensive and have good exercise effects.
