Step 1: Stand with your legs apart, shoulder-width apart, stretch your arms straight and parallel to the ground, bend your elbows to 90 degrees, raise your hands with your palms facing outward, keep your shoulders and elbows parallel to the ground, and feel the stretch in your shoulder and back muscles.

Step 2: Slowly rotate your waist to the right while raising your left knee until your thigh is parallel to the ground. Keep your right elbow and left knee level without touching each other to maintain your body balance. Slowly return to original position while lowering left leg. Then switch legs.
