Exercise 4: Single-leg plank

This movement mainly exercises the core muscles of girls, such as the abdominal muscles and waist muscles. The practitioner is required to place one foot on the stool, keep the body like a plank, and hold each foot for 30 seconds.

Exercise 5: Bodyweight single-leg squat

This movement mainly exercises the quadriceps and gluteus maximus of the thigh. The practitioner places one foot on a stool and does exercises to overcome his own weight.

Exercise 6: Burpees

This movement is more about training the practitioner's physical fitness and body coordination. The practitioner should try his best to complete 10 exercises quickly.

Exercise 7: Prone two-end raise

This movement exercises the lower back muscles, which are what we call the waist muscles. During the movement, the practitioner is required to hold the waist muscles for as long as possible for 1 second, and then slowly return to the original position.
