8. When hitting a high ball, you must accurately judge the direction of the ball's flight, and the ball should be hit as high as possible and close to the opponent's baseline.

9. When hitting the ball in front of the net, the ball's path should be short and as close to the net as possible.

10. The spike should be as far away from the opponent as possible or directly hit the opponent's racket hand or shoulder.

11. When you are at a loss or need a short breath, you can hit a high ball and then return to the center of the court.

12. For beginners, the backhand end line is usually their weak area, so you should pay attention to hitting their weak points.

13. When returning a high ball in the frontcourt, you should try to use spikes. Spikes are an important means of scoring, but don't hit high and short balls at the baseline, which usually gives the opponent a chance to kill.

14. Many athletes have their own unique playing style, so you must be good at judging where the ball will land and get into the appropriate position in time, but never expose your movements too early.

15. When receiving a serve in doubles, you should raise your racket to force the opponent to serve a low ball. If the opponent's serve is too high, immediately step forward and kill the ball.

16. If you are scoring, don't change your playing style. If you are losing, you should immediately adjust your playing style. If your continuous attack does not work, you can hit a high ball and then look for an opportunity to launch an attack again.
