The original Tai Chi originated from Huangdi Xuanyuan and has a long history. However, the practice techniques of the original Tai Chi are very particular and contain a lot of knowledge. The dynamic part originally consisted of thirteen movements, called the first thirteen movements. Fast Movement is a set of martial arts with strong combative properties. It is not only fast but also purely hard to practice. It also consists of thirteen sets of movements, called the latter thirteen moves. There is only one set of movements in the old slow-style boxing manual, which is called "Immortal Riding on a Crane and Bowing to the Four Directions". This time, use it as the closing posture of the static part. Movement part: Also known as Thirteen Postures, when practicing, use your mind to move your energy so that all parts of your body are connected. (ii) Static part: It is the main part of fighting. (III) Fast part: also known as the last thirteen movements, consisting of twelve sets of movements. When practicing, the force should be fierce, violent, crisp, fast and hard. (IV) Slow section: also known as Four-Direction Bowing, requires using form to control mind, using mind to guide qi, and using qi to test strength. To achieve the inner trinity of mind, qi and strength when the mind, qi and strength are all united and exerting power. The characteristics of the original Tai Chi can be divided into three aspects: (1) The strength requires a combination of hardness and flexibility. It advocates that if it is only soft but not hard, it will not be strong; if it is only hard but not soft, it will not be round; only when hardness and softness are combined can it be complete. (2) The speed of punching should be both fast and slow. It is advocated that if it is only fast but not slow, it will not be light; if it is only slow but not fast, it will not be precise; only the combination of fast and slow will be effective. Then you can achieve being strong but not rigid, flexible but not weak, fast but not chaotic, slow but not stagnant. (3) In terms of martial arts, it is advocated to lure the opponent into a trap and then use stillness to overcome movement. But more emphasis is placed on observing the spirit, watching the hands and feet, taking advantage of the opportunity and launching attacks when there is a gap. We must have a clear understanding of the knowledge of original Tai Chi, because this kind of original Tai Chi is profound and requires a lot of attention. When we practice, only by paying attention to some theories of combining movement and stillness can we reach the level of perfection.
