Weight loss action 5: Stand in the water, then start swinging your hands quickly, hitting the water surface with the palms of both hands, trying to create as many splashes as possible. Take a break when you feel tired and then continue. This is a very effective way to slim down your arms.

Slimming exercise six: Put your hands on your hips, stretch out your left foot, kick the water hard, straighten your instep, use your calves, and alternate between your feet. Do not let your body float during exercise. The effect of slimming calves and buttocks is obvious.

Slimming exercise seven: At the edge of the pool, hold the edge of the pool with both hands, half-squat with your left foot, and stretch your right foot backwards, which is a bit like a yoga exercise done on land. During the movement, one leg should be in a half squat, the leg stretched backwards should be straight, the knee should not bend, and the abdomen should be tightened. A very effective way to slim down your lower body.

A happy and relaxed way will make it easier to lose weight, because exercise is no longer boring and there is no resistance, so you will be more willing to exercise both physically and emotionally, and naturally the fat on your body will disappear.
