For example, some athletes with strong athletic ability who want to consume body fat through aerobic exercise may need more than 40 minutes.

2. The intensity of this exercise can reach about 75% of the human body's maximum heart rate. Here is the simplest formula for calculating heart rate, which is (220-age)*75%, which is the heart rate during aerobic exercise.

3. The intensity of this exercise is almost uniform and continuous. You cannot exercise with high intensity at one moment and low intensity at another. You need to maintain the same intensity throughout the exercise.

Therefore, whether it is skipping rope or running, as long as you do the above three points, you can consume more fat during the exercise to supply energy to the body, thereby achieving the goal of losing weight.
