In yoga, the truth is called "Brahma", "Great Self", "Atama", etc.; in the Qigong system, the truth is called "Tao", "True Heart", etc. The theory of yoga explained at the beginning of this article is also applicable to qigong.

Qigong emphasizes "three adjustments", namely "adjusting the body", "adjusting the breath" and "adjusting the mind". By adjusting the body posture, breathing and consciousness, one can eliminate distracting thoughts and achieve the realm of "Tao". The same is true for the methods of yoga training. As mentioned before: the core part of yoga training is to allow people to adjust their body posture, breathing, and focus on a certain point, so as to abandon the ego and distracting thoughts and enter a state of meditation. Yoga and Qigong are actually the same thing. There is no essential difference between them. There are only some minor differences.

In fact, there are certain differences between yoga and qigong, so in life, we should pay attention to the understanding of these common sense and scientific understanding of these issues. This will help us exercise our bodies and solve some bad diseases in our bodies, and we can achieve better results, thus ensuring our health.
