Action process: Open your legs and keep your feet shoulder-width apart. Inhale while raising your arms to the sides, then exhale while placing your left hand on your right ankle. Keep your eyes on the fingertips of your right hand that are stretched upward. Inhale again and straighten your upper body, then use the same method to bend toward the other ankle while exhaling. Alternate left and right and do it 3 or more times. Key points: Try to keep your abdomen close to your thighs, maintain smooth breathing, and twist your waist left and right to stimulate the external and internal abdominal muscles, making your abdomen and waist slimmer.
