Place a mat on the ground when practicing. If you feel uncomfortable while maintaining a certain posture, you should stop massaging immediately to avoid injury. Generally speaking, when practicing yoga meditation, it is best to buy a yoga mat, then sit on it, straighten your spine, then slowly close your eyes, adjust your breathing frequency, and let your whole body slowly relax.
