When practicing Qigong, you should not be interested in all kinds of exercises. You want to practice this one but cannot give up that one, or you want to practice that one but cannot give up that one. As a result, you practice several kinds of exercises in the morning, noon, and evening every day, thinking that you can kill two birds with one stone or reap the benefits of a wide range of practices. In fact, you are interfering with each other and accomplishing nothing. 2. Taboos in practicing Qigong: Combining various exercises at will, such as posture A, breathing style B, movement D, thinking that you can combine the best of each school. In fact, they are all varied and inappropriate, and the originally good Qigong is completely ruined. 3. When many people practice Qigong, they do not seriously study the principles of the exercises, but only hope to see results quickly. They believe in and yet doubt all kinds of exercises, and attempt to draw conclusions about whether a certain exercise is effective or suitable for them through several experiments. The result is predictable. You try one method today, and another method tomorrow. You may even try several methods at once. You keep changing your mind and repeat the cycle over and over again. In the end, all the efforts were wasted. 4. When practicing Qigong, you must also pay attention to the time. Some of the 12 hours at night are not suitable for practicing and should be avoided. 5. Avoid squatting to rest: If you squat to rest immediately after exercise, it will hinder blood return to the lower limbs. Affects blood circulation and aggravates body fatigue. In severe cases, gravity shock may occur. Therefore, after each exercise, you should adjust your breathing rhythm, walk and swing your arms, and do some relaxation and adjustment activities to promote the blood in the limbs to flow back to the heart, so as to pay off the "oxygen debt", speed up physical recovery and eliminate fatigue. Many people make very inappropriate movements after practicing qigong. After practicing, they should wipe their face with both hands and gently rub their eyes, then stand up slowly and move their hands and feet slightly.
