(1) Stand facing east with your feet naturally apart, shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, head straight, neck upright, abdomen tucked in, back straight and waist upright. Let your arms hang naturally, with your armpits empty, elbows slightly bent, and your palms lightly resting on the outside of your thighs. Relax your whole body, open your eyes and look straight ahead.

(2) Use abdominal breathing, contract your abdomen and lift your anus when exhaling, inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth. Slowly raise both hands (palms facing up), pass through the waist and shoulders, and after passing the top of the head, overlap the right palm, cover the left palm with the palm facing inward, and lightly press on the back of the pillow. Slowly turn the head to the right, and tilt it slightly to the upper right. Turn the upper body slightly to the right, and inhale slowly during the turning process. When it turns to the right, tilt the head back, open your eyes wide, exhale forcefully, and make a "hush" sound at the same time.

(3) Slowly turn your head to the left and tilt it slightly upward to the left. Turn your upper body slightly to the left, and breathe in slowly during the rotation. When you have turned to the left, tilt your head back, open your eyes, and exhale forcefully, making a "hush" sound. Repeat this three times.

(4) Lightly close your lips, press your tongue against the upper palate, and gently tap your upper and lower teeth together 36 times. Saliva forms in the mouth and you swallow it hard. Liver-nourishing exercises should be practiced once in the morning and once in the evening every day.
