6. Back cross pull:

Stand on both feet, place the chest expander behind your back, hold one end of the chest expander downward with one hand, and pull the chest expander upward with the other hand. Long-term posterior dislocation pulling can exercise the deltoid muscles, trapezius muscles and other parts.

7. Standing inner pull:

Stand with your feet apart, step on one end of the chest expander with one foot, hold the other handle with the same hand with the palm facing down, and put the other arm at the side with the hand on the waist, keeping the body upright. Pull the spring sideways until you can lift it horizontally and then slowly return to the original position.
