Nowadays, many young people have the habit of fitness. Everyone has different purposes for fitness. Boys do fitness to build muscles, make themselves stronger and more attractive. Girls do fitness to shape a better figure. In fact, there are many benefits of fitness, such as being good for physical and mental health. So, can fitness exercises make the facial skin firmer?

1. Can build muscle

The space lost by subcutaneous fat can be partially filled by increased muscle mass.
