Simply put, aerobic exercise refers to any rhythmic exercise that lasts for a long time (about 15 minutes or more) and has a moderate or high intensity (75% to 80% of the maximum heart rate). Aerobic exercise is a kind of regular exercise that can last for more than 5 minutes with some energy left.

Boxing is a combination of aerobic and anaerobic exercises. Footwork and movement are aerobic exercises, while punching with explosive power is considered anaerobic exercise. The basis for setting the intensity of aerobic exercise is: 180-age = aerobic training heart rate. Because at this stage the blood can supply enough oxygen to the myocardium; that is to say, low-intensity, long-term exercise is basically aerobic exercise, such as jogging, dancing, etc. Each exercise should last no less than 1 hour and should be done 3 to 5 times a week. This kind of exercise allows oxygen to fully oxidize sugar in the body, consume body fat, and regulate your psychological and mental state. It is the main form of exercise for fitness. Therefore, if you are overweight and want to lose weight through exercise, it is recommended to choose aerobic exercise.

From the above introduction, we can see that when the amount of boxing reaches a certain level, it belongs to aerobic exercise. There are many types of aerobic exercise. Generally speaking, aerobic exercise can achieve the effect of weight loss very well, because aerobic exercise can burn the fat in the human body very well.
