1. Choose the right venue

1. The method of skipping rope is to jump and land on the front of the foot. Remember not to land on the whole foot or heel to avoid vibration of the brain. When jumping in the air, do not bend the body extremely, but keep a natural bent posture. When dancing, breathe naturally and rhythmically

2. How to hold the rope: Hold the handles at both ends of the rope with both hands. Usually, step on the middle of the rope with one foot, bend your elbows and raise your forearms flat. When the rope is straightened, it is the appropriate length.

3. How to shake the rope: When shaking forward, keep your upper arms close to the sides of your body, elbows slightly outward, and your forearms nearly horizontal. Use your wrists to exert force to perform abduction and internal rotation, so that your hands can draw circles on the sides of your body. Each time you shake the rope, the rope will go up and down from the ground through your body, and make a circle. The speed of the rope is proportional to the speed of the hand shaking the rope. The faster you shake it, the faster the rope will turn.

4. The method to stop the rope is as follows: when swinging forward, extend one foot, lift the front of the foot off the ground, and place the heel on the ground so that the rope stops under the sole of the foot; when swinging backward, extend one foot back, lift the heel off the ground, and place the sole of the foot on the ground so that the rope stops under the sole of the foot.
