Lean your body forward, keep your body upright (do not lean forward or fall backward), and let your toes land naturally. Relax in every movement. Lower your arms and swing them forward, expand your arms and shoulders backward to open your chest for smooth breathing. Try to use the most natural running posture of the human body, let the body maintain the inertia of leaning forward, while keeping the back straight. When the body leans forward, the human body will naturally take a step forward to maintain balance. After adopting this posture, you will feel that it is very light when you run, as if there is wind under your feet. On this basis, you can consider the method of landing on the soles of the feet. Landing the forefoot or the entire sole of the foot directly under the body is helpful in keeping the body straight and reducing the impact on the knees.

If you feel bored while running, after mastering the correct running posture, you can also adopt different running postures, such as running sideways, running around a tree, running up a slope, or even running backwards. This will not only not make you bored, but also help you exercise your body's coordination.
