So, what kind of exercise should men do to make their muscles more developed?

1. Pull-ups (exercise back muscles and arms). The two-handed pull-up mainly exercises the back muscles, but also the arm muscles, especially the biceps. One-handed pull-ups mainly exercise the biceps of the arm. Generally, you can choose to practice on a fixed object at home, such as a door beam or cabinet, that can be held with both hands and bear the weight of your body.

2. Bench curling and extension (exercise triceps). Use your hands to support yourself on the climb, with your arms clamped on both sides of your body and your feet together on the ground. Use elbow flexion and extension to exercise the triceps in your arms. If you need to increase the difficulty of the movement, you can place your feet on a support so that your lower body is parallel to the ground or add weight to your body.

3. Sit-ups (exercise abdominal muscles). The first thing that comes to mind when exercising your abdominal muscles is doing sit-ups. We can change our body posture to exercise the abdominal muscles in different parts of the abdomen. If you start from the upper torso, you will exercise the upper abdominal muscles of the abdominal muscles. If you raise your lower body with both feet, you can exercise the lower abdominal muscles of the abdominal muscles.

4. Burpees. When practicing, keep your body upright, feet shoulder-width apart, and hands at your sides. Start your body in a full squat position with your hands touching the ground. Then transition to a push-up position and do 1 push-up. Then use your hands and feet to return to the full squat position at the same time and then focus on your legs to jump up. Repeat the exercise in this position. You don't have to do push-ups during the exercise. You can choose the difficulty of the exercise according to your physical condition.

If you want to make your body muscles more developed, you need to see where you want to have muscles, and then exercise the corresponding parts. However, you must persist in this kind of exercise. Giving up halfway or exercising intermittently will not have any effect. Therefore, male compatriots, for the sake of your masculinity, you must persist in exercising!
