But if you have higher requirements, you have to use some equipment to practice, such as: bench press, which requires a barbell, bench press bench, etc. But it is highly adjustable, and different grip distances will train different parts of the chest muscles. The narrower the grip and the closer the training area is to the inside, the more you can shape the middle seam of the pectoral muscles. If you hold your hand with a wider grip, you can train the outer side of your pectoral muscles. In addition, parallel bar arm curls are an effective exercise for shaping the lower and outer edges of the pectoral muscles. Also, the lying fly, a more difficult exercise, is good for developing the entire pectoral muscles. Also, practicing the butterfly machine on a dedicated machine is effective. However, it is recommended to practice with basic movements, namely, bench press, push-ups, and incline bench press (for upper chest muscles). Also, although pull-ups mainly train the back muscles, they are still effective for the chest muscles (especially the upper chest muscles). The above is just a selection of actions. In fact, the more important principle of exercise is: "Do what you can and proceed step by step." If you are not careful, you will get hurt and the result will be counterproductive. Also, proper nutrition and recovery are important factors and should not be neglected.
