Twisting Yoga

Sit cross-legged with your left arm naturally vertical at the side of your body. Exhale, use your waist as the axis, and slowly turn your body to the left, supporting the ground with your left hand. Hold the position for a few seconds, inhale and return to the original position. Then repeat on the other side.

Function: This movement can massage the spine and beautify the lines of the waist and neck.

Note: Breathe well, relax your facial muscles, and when turning around, do not put your center of gravity on the supporting arm.
