Frog pose: This is a pose that evolved from ballet. Start with a standard split, or spread your legs as wide as you can. Move forward with your hands touching the ground, placing your pelvis and stomach on or close to the ground, and spread your legs out to the sides and bend them so that the soles of your feet touch the ground. Hold the position to relax your muscles and stretch your thighs and pelvis.
